Refund

The order amount will be credited to you within 10 days from the day of initiating the refund. In case of returns, the refund will be initiated once the returned product is reviewed and inspected by our team.

If a Product is returned under our Return Policy, the value of such product, as originally paid by you will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and The Metal Project or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online account.

- Any Customised Order placed online or offline is NON-REFUNDABLE, the amount paid will only be refunded or replaced if there are any manufacturing defects in the product delivered. Of course before placing an order like, we can have a discussion on the design and finish, which will allow you to be fully satisfied before even making the payment.

  Please immediately send us an email to dishaa@themetalproject.co.in within 24-48 hours of delivery of the product with the following details: Order Number
Name of the product received
Date of delivery of the product
Nature of damage and/or defect
Colour photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect

We do use robust packaging but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If we have a replacement available we will exchange it for you as soon as we can, or we will offer you an alternative.
